Looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer II.

What you will be doing as a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer II:

  • Manage real estate efforts in support of our macro new build or modification program(s)
  • Primarily vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “real estate complete” work product
  • Manage the administration of Purchase Orders relative to expense and capital budget allocations for this program is required
  • Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams such as construction, transport, and legal to achieve successful outcomes

What you will bring to the table as a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer II:

  • Experience reviewing legal documents and understanding construction site plans and drawings is a must as well as a deep understanding of any compliance requirements (NEPA, SHPO, FCC/FAA, Zoning, Permitting). Scale of this effort could easily exceed 80 projects for new builds and 200 projects for modifications (MODs), so must have proven track record in areas of project management and be able to provide recommendations during problem resolution discussions
  • 5-7 years of experience of minimum expected experience in the wireless/telecom real estate discipline
