Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the Staffing and Technology industry. As Chief Talent & Technology Officer of NG/GTA (Kelly Telecom) he is responsible for the outlining the company's talent and technological vision, implementing strategies, and ensuring that resources are aligned with the company's business needs. In addition, Jonathan is responsible for monitoring departmental operations, managing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities that would maximize the company's performance, drive revenues, and achieve the business's profitability goals.

Before his Chief Talent & Technology Officer role, he was the Executive Vice President of NextGen and SVP of Recruiting and helped build a world class recruiting and sales team, placing direct hires and project consultants with a range of global clients in the telecom/networking market. Jonathan believes that by building strong relationships with the best and the brightest in the industry, we can provide great value to our employee and clients in the communities we live and work.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys working outside in the garden and looking after his chickens and ducks. He also loves to travel with his family and explore new places.

Mark’s background includes 25+ years of experience in the wireless industry with a leading global telecommunications manufacturer, a world-class carrier, and a comprehensive telecom consulting and solutions provider. Prior to joining Kelly Telecom, Mark served as Network Vice President where his team was responsible for the design, deployment, and operations of Sprint's wireless network for the Northeast Region. He also served as a leader in RF Engineering, Operations, and the Solutions Engineering teams for Nextel and Sprint. Before joining Nextel, he held positions within Motorola's Test Systems and Field Engineering teams.

Additionally, Mark is a passionate Warriors4Wireless board member. Warriors4Wireless is a nonprofit career development program designed exclusively to connect talented military veterans with meaningful and exciting careers in the telecommunications industry.

Rashid is a seasoned global executive with 25+ years of telecom experience. As GTA’s Managing Director, he is responsible for the overall GTA business and P&L. His expertise includes M&A, P&L management, sales and customer management, geographic expansion and diversifying service portfolio’s. He has managed operations on five continents. Prior to joining GTA he was the CEO of SWI, responsible for their global operations spread across North America, Europe and Middle East. Rashid spent 20+ years at LCC International (Now Tech Mahindra) where he held various senior executive positions including Chief Operating Officer for Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific where he had end to end P&L responsibility for operations spread across 10 countries, Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations and Vice President of Engineering services for the Americas region. Prior to that he held positions at Fortune 50 companies as AT&T and Walmart Stores Inc. He has a degree in Information Systems Management with a minor in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of International studies at OU. Rashid is a big Sooners football fan and loves traveling and exploring new countries and cultures.

Liz is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development for GTA and manages sales and account management globally for the company. With over 25 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the Wireless Industry, Liz has a strong background on sales development and expansion, strategic planning, revenue growth and profit gains.

Prior to joining GTA in 2015, Liz was North America Senior Vice President of Sales for Tech Mahindra (formerly LCC International) overseeing sales and business growth to Government, Enterprise and Telecommunications sectors. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Liz was the Sr. Vice President of the Americas for Xceed Technologies managing sales for network optimization and rules-based network performance management solutions. Liz held other key Sales positions at LCC International and Cable and Wireless.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Radford University.  During her spare time, Liz can be found boating and giving back to her community where she serves on several non-profit boards.

Julie is the VP of People Operations which includes leading the Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Operations Support teams for NG/GTA (Kelly Telecom). With 20 years of staffing experience and 15 years focused in the wireless industry, Julie has a strong background on setting and leading the strategic initiatives across the diverse programs owned by the People Operations team while fostering an inclusive culture and diverse workplace empowering all employees to contribute at their full potential.

Prior to joining NG/GTA, Julie was the head of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Bergelectric developing and leading organizational strategies to achieve the organization’s key talent objectives. Prior to Bergelectric, Julie was the Director of Quality & Talent Care at Kineticom where led the Talent Care, Marketing, and IT teams and worked closely with the head of HR.

Outside of work, Julie, her husband, and two little boys love to travel, trying new things, and spend time with family and friends.

Dexter is Vice President of Operations with responsibility for services delivery to many key customer accounts. With over 25 years of wireless industry experience he has held several leadership roles in business operations and services delivery.

Prior to joining GTA in 2018, Dexter was Vice President, Engineering Services, North America for Sublime Wireless with responsibilities for business operations and services delivery. Prior to that he was Vice President, Global Business Operations, Network Services for LCC International with various business operations responsibilities.

Dexter holds degrees in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and management from The George Washington University. Outside of work Dexter has a keen interest in travel, food and wine, and enjoys expanding his wine studies beyond his current level 2 certification as a sommelier.

Mike’s background includes 15+ years of experience in the wireless staffing and solutions industry. Mike currently is Vice President of Recruiting for Kelly Telecom managing recruiting efforts for staffing, solutions, and enterprise. Prior to Kelly Telecom, Mike was Director of Recruiting for a telecom staffing firm supporting recruiting to large national wireless telecommunications carriers and network turnkey consulting firms.

Additionally, Mike is heavily involved in youth athletics in his community coaching and volunteering with baseball, basketball, and soccer leagues.

Simon is the Vice President of Sales with over 20 years of experience and specialization in Management, Staffing, Sales, Recruitment, Talent Advisory Services, Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions, Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO), Master Vendor with Technology, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Talent Supply Chain Management (TSCM), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Employer Brand Value Proposition (EVP)as well as strategic recruitment marketing campaigns.

Simon has worked in Asia, Middle East, Australia and the America’s and still loves travelling exploring new countries and cultures.

Outside of work, Simon was a semi-professional soccer player!

Henrik is the Vice President of Sales for Nextgen/GTA and manages our sales programs and account teams in the East region. With 20 years of experience in sales management, account management and sales operation within the Telecom industry, Henrik has a strong domain knowledge resulting in sales growth and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining our company in 2022, Henrik served as VP of sales North America for leading solution providers delivering Network Testing, Radio Engineering and Service Assurance solution to CSP’s and MNO globally.  Henrik started his carrier with Ericsson, as part of the global expertise center where he played a crucial role in rolling out evolving communication technologies across the globe. In early 2000’s Henrik migrated to the USA from Sweden to help launch a GSM network in Washington DC area.

Henrik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and business management. He’s an avid hiker, enjoys the outdoors, culinary experiences and traveling.

Michelle Cadena is a California native and a proud graduate of UC Berkeley. She began her career in Technology in the early 2000's working as an IT and telecom recruiter. She has also worked as a Business Development Director in Technical Sales and now in Sales Leadership. She was an original member of NextGen when it opened its doors in the fall of 2009. Michelle is a busy mom to 3 teenagers and enjoys traveling.

Neil is the Vice President of Deployment and C&I Sales for GTA and manages the sales globally for the company. With over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operations in the Wireless Industry, Neil has a strong background on sales/business development, strategic planning, and delivery. Prior to joining GTA, Neil was 6 years at Nokia/SAC initially as the Vice President of Sales for the West region and then VP of Delivery for the Sprint mMIMO/5G national build. Prior to SAC, Neil was in senior sales and delivery roles at Exi Parsons, WesTower and Mycom. Neil also held other key positions on telecommunications and civil engineering projects in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan, working on projects as diverse as a Microwave Network across Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak to the first bridge over the Mekong River between Laos and Thailand.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam  University in the UK.  During his spare time, Neil enjoys watching the English Premier League soccer and visiting the SoCal Beaches.

Michael is the Vice President of Deployment Services for managing Commissioning and Integration (C&I) services within GTA. With his 20+ year career, Michael has observed and participated in the evolution of the mobile wireless industry, particularly in the areas of transport technologies and network implementation. He has designed large-scale transport architectures, optimized existing infrastructures, managed large design and/or implementation teams, and consulted many network operators in the development of business strategies.

Prior to joining GTA in 2019, Michael held various Solutions Management or Functional Lead roles for Tech Mahindra, LCC International, and WFI. Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer and received both his MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. When not working, he enjoys salvaging and repurposing junk.

Irene is Vice President of Client Services with responsibility for key customer relationships in order to better deliver opportunity, value and results. Irene brings a unique mix of marketing, sales and staffing experience to her role and has a proven track record of client success, business results and growth.

Irene is passionate about DE&I and continuous learning; is an active member of our Inclusion & Diversity team, leads and founded the KT Women’s ERG, and developed, implemented and currently manages the KT Mentorship Program.

Irene holds a degree from UC Berkeley and serves on the board of a non-profit organization that provides services to children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. In her spare time, you’re equally likely to find her out dancing or curled up with a good book.

Nikhil is the Vice President of Engineering Services for GTA managing Operations and delivery. With over 25 years of progressive experience in the wireless industry; Nikhil has a strong background in Engineering, P&L management, Portfolio Management, Business development and strategic planning.

Prior to joining GTA in 2018, Nikhil worked at  Tech Mahindra (formerly LCC International) as North America Delivery Head for Access Network. Where he was responsible for Access network P&L, account development, strategy planning and execution of high sensitivity engagements. Prior to LCC Nikhil worked in India with various organizations holding engineering, research, and management positions in telecom sector.

Nikhil earned his Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Marathwada University India followed by Post-Graduation in Operations Management from Symbiosis Pune, India.

Nikhil resides in Virginia with his wife and two sons. He loves to reflect on life through his blogs, articles, and poems in his free time.

Mike has 26 years in the telecom industry, spending his time in leadership roles at Nextel, Sprint, & T-Mobile.  During this time he led organizations in Sales, Operations and Solution Engineering.  Mike now leads our Broadband and Enterprise division with a focus on the Rural Broadband Initiative, and Private Network development.  Mike is active member of the RWA, Rural Wireless Association.
